These classes are set up for the parents/caregivers to play an active role in the class. Supervision of your child AT ALL TIMES is a MUST.
We ask that cell phones be used for taking photos only. Texting or talking on the phone, should be done before/after the class.
Please do not bring toys to class. Lovey's are the exception.
Food or drink at circle time or at activity centers is welcomed.
If a sibling comes to class but is NOT participating, please bring a quiet activity for them to do.
If your child is having a rough day and is crying during class, please feel free to head to another room. A change of environment sometimes helps. Once your child is feeling better, you and your child should rejoin the class.
Mininum Class Registration:
We require a minimum of 5 enrollments for each class. If we do not meet this requirement, we reserve the right to cancel a class. In the event a class is cancelled, you will have the option of a refund or attendance to another class.
We understand sometimes things come up unexpectedly. Should you have to cancel for any reason, please note our cancellation policy below:
100% refund if cancelled in writing (email) 48 hours prior to the start of the course.
Once classes have begun, if you cannot continue the session, a written notice 72 hours prior to the start of the following class, will allow us to refund any remaining classes.
We can refund you for one class if we are notified in writing, 48 hours before the day of the class.
Our Instructors are moms and dads too, and might have that unexpected sick child etc. If a substitute is not available and an instructor has to cancel class, you will be notified by phone. (Class updates can be found on our Facebook page.) The class will be made up at the end of the session. Should a makeup class not be scheduled, a refund for that cancelled class will be given.
